The project will take place over 10 days and will be worked on by 24 International Yacht Paint employees split into three teams of 8. These employees are from various business functions across site and most are complete novice painters. The project will allow them to gain experience in using products from across our range whilst getting a better understanding of the preparation and painting techniques required to achieve that perfect end result.
